Vituvi ("we", "us") is a career assessment tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Information you provide:
- Your email address, collected when you request your results by email
- Your quiz responses and career assessment answers
- Payment information - processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically:
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about how you use the site (pages visited, time spent, device type). This helps us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
- We store quiz progress and session data in your browser's localStorage to keep your results available during your visit. This data stays on your device and is not a cookie.
How we use your information
- To deliver your quiz results and career report by email
- To process your payment securely via Stripe
- To understand how people use Vituvi and improve the product (analytics, only with your consent)
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described above (Stripe for payments, Google Analytics if consented).
Data storage
Your quiz results and email address are stored securely in Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database platform hosted in the EU. Payment records are held by Stripe.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw analytics consent at any time (clear your browser's localStorage or contact us)
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@vituvi.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Vituvi's career assessments are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or medical advice.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
