That doesn't mean they're worthless. People find genuine value in them, and there's real psychology in why they resonate. But you deserve to know what the research actually says alongside the entertaining version, not instead of it.

We are not here to pathologise normal human variation, to tell you who you are, or to sell you a version of yourself. We're here to give you genuinely useful tools and the context to interpret them honestly.
